In terms of Government Notice R175 published in Government Gazette No 40649, dated 28 February 2017 (copy attached for ease of reference) the fees of office, as prescribed in terms of regulation 84 of the regulations to the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937, have been increased and will come into operation on 1 April 2017, albeit being a Saturday.
